• Study but not just for the exam :- Studying becomes interesting if the efforts are made not only for a good rank but also to gain more knowledge. Try to be curious about the subjects and try to learn more. Half knowledge is dangerous so always have complete information about everything you study. Do not fixate on one topic for a long period of time. If you do not find it interesting, move on to the next subject and then after a while come back to it.
  • Take breaks :- Fifteen to Twenty minutes breaks should be taken in between the study hours. Always be strict about the starting and ending time of the study breaks. Through this one can ensure that they do not get lazy or procrastinate. Plan the break time accordingly and include separate breaks for eating, exercising or reading.
  • Eat healthy and drink water but No Junk :- This is an important part because after graduation there is a pressure to get into a good post graduate programme. This pressure can lead you into a very unhealthy lifestyle like eating even when you are not hungry, Smoking, eating oily food, skipping meals etc.
  • Choice of place :- A place where you choose to study also decides your concentration span. Choose a bright room which is silent and let everyone know that you are studying so that you are not disturbed. Clean the place where you study everyday and organise all the study material systematically. A cluttered place does not invite good vibes.
  • Friend in need is a Friend Indeed :- If the normal study method gets too generic, then you can always use a friends help. This helps to get other’s point of view and also to test yourself on the things you have read. But make sure that you do not get diverted from the studies.
  • Self-Confidence :- Lastly, believe in yourself. Do not underestimate yourself or give up even before attempting the exam. As the exams come closer students tend to lose focus and panic about their situation. Golden rule is to never compare oneself with others. What matters is that one attempts the exam with sincerity; the results will be proportional to that.
